Report fraud & integrity concerns
Last updated: March 2026
Our position
Proxema operates real-money prediction markets on the basis of fairness, transparency, and trust. We do not condone fraud, market manipulation, identity abuse, money laundering, collusion, or any conduct intended to deceive users, compromise accounts, or undermine the integrity of our platform.
We take reports seriously and may investigate together with payment partners, regulators (where applicable), and law enforcement when the facts warrant it.
What to report
You should contact us if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any of the following:
- Account or access abuse: unauthorised use of an account, credential theft, phishing targeting Proxema users, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Payment or wallet fraud: chargebacks, stolen payment methods, layering or structuring intended to obscure funds, or misuse of deposits or withdrawals.
- Market integrity: collusion, coordinated manipulation of prices or outcomes, use of inside information where it violates our rules, or other behaviour designed to distort fair pricing or settlement.
- Platform abuse: bots or automation used in breach of our Terms of Use, impersonation of Proxema staff or partners, or distribution of malware or scams referencing our brand.
How to report
Send a detailed message to our support team with the subject line "Fraud report". Include, where possible:
- Your registered email (if you have an account) and username;
- A clear description of what happened and when;
- Usernames, market names, transaction or reference IDs, screenshots, or links;
- Whether you believe others are at risk or funds are involved.
Use the contact channel listed on our Support page. Do not include full payment card numbers or passwords in your message.
What we may do
After a good-faith review, we may restrict accounts, freeze or reverse transactions where our agreements and policies allow, preserve records, cooperate with payment networks and authorities, and update our risk controls. We will not retaliate against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.
Not every report results in enforcement; outcomes depend on evidence, jurisdiction, and contractual obligations. Where we cannot share details, it may be due to legal or confidentiality constraints.
Related policies
This page supplements our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Market Rules. In case of conflict, the published legal documents prevail.
